Terms for using True Health
Educational use
True Health provides educational health and performance information. Your report and personalized recommendations are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
Who provides medical care
True Health is a health-education and technology company. It is not a medical practice and does not provide medical care, order labs, or prescribe. Any clinical care, lab orders, or prescriptions are provided by Metsi Care, an independent licensed medical practice, after a clinician reviews your case. Clinical services are only available in states where a Metsi Care clinician is licensed, and a clinician may decline to provide a service based on your information.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate intake, lab, and wearable information. You may choose which optional data sources to connect. We use health-related inputs only as described in our privacy notice and consent flow.
Wearable connections
When you connect a wearable provider, you authorize True Health and its data processors to receive the data scopes you approve. You can revoke provider access through the provider account settings or by contacting True Health.
No emergency use
Do not use True Health for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.
Optional paid services
Additional paid reports, clinician review, lab ordering, or follow-up may be offered separately after results, and are delivered by Metsi Care or another licensed provider. Availability, scope, and delivery timelines may vary by case, by your state, and by user eligibility.
Contact
For account, privacy, or data deletion requests, contact the True Health team at the contact address listed in the app or provider integration.
